If something goes wrong, it helps a lot to know which iPhone or iPad you use, the iOS version, the audio interface or mixer connected, how many channels you were recording and in which format. If you are testing the beta, you can also send feedback with a screenshot from TestFlight.

Where are my recordings?

In the Files app, in the Suns folder on your device: one folder per project, a subfolder per take, one WAV file per channel.

Which audio interfaces work?

Class-compliant USB ones, which work on iPhone and iPad without drivers: from small 2-input interfaces to digital mixers with 18, 32 or more channels (up to 64).

Can I record with the screen locked?

Yes: recording carries on with the screen locked and in Low Power Mode. A phone call or an alarm stops the take and closes the files.

What does the loudness meter measure?

Loudness to ITU-R BS.1770, in LUFS: momentary (0.4 s) and short-term (3 s). The LED shows the sample peak in dBFS. The full guide is in the app, under Impostazioni › Consigli e aiuto › Come si legge (Settings › Tips and help › How to read it).
